There is dry camping available on a limited basis on our property.

  1. Fee is $100 per month
  2. Road to site is gravel and maintained but has tight turns and are narrow and unmarked, longer recreational vehicles may find it difficult to navigate. If you have concerns, please mention this in your email to reserve site.
  3. Permission may be granted on an individual basis for you to store your licensed and maintained camper on site between visits. No security is available as this is a remote area.
  4. Space is limited
  5. All campers must be fully self contained with water, waste disposal, power – all waste must be removed regularly and must be taken with you at the end of your stay.
  6. Pets are allowed, must be kept under control, waste must be removed.
  7. Hunting camps are not permitted on the property.
  8. Open campfires are not permitted at all. Wood collecting is not allowed. Smoking is limited to inside enclosed vehicles.
  9. Artifacts found on site must be left in place.
  10. Construction is occurring on site. Dry camps are separate from current construction area but there may be noise and additional traffic.
  11. All sites are available and use is strictly at your own risk. No guarantee or expectation of safety is available at this time.
  12. Wildlife in the area includes the usual Southern Arizona culprits; rattlesnakes, javelina, coatimundi, ringtails, scorpions, bees (generally Africanized), and the list goes on. Cows may also be on the property as the area is open range. Campers agree to assume all risk.
  13. This is a known route for illegal migration and drug trafficking. Although well patrolled by the US border patrol, encounters may occur.
  14. Inactive and unprotected mines are located in the area. Under no circumstances are the mines to be entered or tampered with. Children must be supervised at all times.
  15. Limited phone service, no wifi, in an emergency call 911.
